With wealthy, young growing fashion conscious populations across the Arabia Gulf the annual growth in retail in this sector is estimated at 12.7%. Clothes and accessory retailing currently accounts for more than 27% of all retail space. |

Visitor will be targeted primarily from the Arabian Gulf countries of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain, plus Iraq, Iran and Yemen. It is likely that over 60% of the visitors will come from these countries.
We will expect the remaining visitors to breakdown as follows: Other Middle East (Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan etc) circa 17%, Africa (Sudan, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, etc) circa 10%, Caspian & Black Sea States/ Russia (Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc) circa 6%, Indian Sub-Continent (India, Pakistan etc) circa 7%. |

The halls offer the latest facilities with excellent services, easy transport access and plentiful car parking. Abu Dhabi is the Capital City of the United Arab Emirates and it is one of the most successful and wealthy cities in the world boasting more than 10% of the total world's oil supply.
