United States Of America : BASF To Raise Prices On Nylon Carpet Fiber Products

BASF Corporation announced a price increase of 11 percent on all residential bulked continuous filament (BCF) nylon carpet products and an increase of 4 to 7 percent on all commercial carpet nylon fiber products.

The price increases are effective for all orders for shipments on or after March 31, 2003.
