Levi Strauss, Atomic Kitten Facing Tab TM Fight

US jeans giant Levi Strauss & Co has got its claws into sexy UK pop group Atomic Kitten over the band''s new clothing range which it claims infringes its famous "red tab" trademark.

The AK fashion range, which is sold at department store chain BHS and is aimed at girls aged six to 13, features jeans with a tab of a cat''s paw mark on a white background.

But Levi has now issued a writ against the band saying the tab is likely to lead to confusion among consumers.
