Alloy Warns Of Losses, Hires Robert Bernard

Direct marketing company and owner of the dELiA*s fashion business, Alloy Inc, on Thursday said it expects to swing to a loss in the current fiscal year due to soft catalogue and advertising sales.

The firm said it sees a loss of six to 11 cents a share in the third
quarter ending October 30 and a fourth quarter loss of 15 to 25 cents a share.
