Govt Holds Anti-dumping Investigation For Polyamide Fibre

The Ministry of Commerce announced an anti-dumping investigation on imported Polyamide Fibre 6 and Polyamide fibre 66 Polyester Fibre originating in the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu in its notice today.

The code of the products in Customs Import & Export Tariff of the PRC is 54023111, 54023112, 54024110, and 54024120.

According to China''s Anti-dumping Statute, Ministry of Commercewill carry out investigation for the products above. The investigated contents include dumping margin, damage to Mainland China''s industries, and damage degree.

An officer from Ministry of Commerce said, the investigation will be ended in one year, that is to say, it will be ended before October 31, 2004. It can be prolonged to April 30, 2005 for special reasons.
