Apparel Exports Up 1.5%, Textiles Down

 Apparel exports from Hong Kong increased 1.5 per cent in the third quarter of 2003 year-on-year to reach HK$8.9 billion, the Hong Kong Information Services Department has reported.

Textile imports, however, fell 4.8 per cent to HK$13 billion according to the department.
