China: 4th China(Shenzhen) International Brand Clothing and Accessories Fair begins |

The 4th China (Shenzhen) International Brand Clothing and Accessories Fair will be held in the China Hi-Tech Fair Exhibition Center during July 23-26, 2004.
“Over the past three years, the city has held three similar professional garment expositions and today the fair has become an important event in South China with its influence just below that of the China International Clothing & Accessory Fair in Beijing,” said Shen Yongfang, secretary general of the Shenzhen Garment Industry Association.
The fair will have nine exhibition halls, six of which are for branded clothing, one each for clothing and accessories, one for latest fashions shows and one for performances.
Over 2,000 booths have been booked so far, by over 500 firms.
As a prelude to the grand opening ceremony evening party in the Citizens’ Center in Futian Distinct on coming Friday, a designers’ salon was held in the Chinese Overseas Town on Thursday, where some acclaimed designers from France, Japan, South Korea, Chinese Hong Kong and Taiwan presented an exotic evening party of fashions. |
