USA:Disputes lead upstate Textile Industry to cut jobs

Over 200 workers at West Point Stevens in Clemson will soon be out of a job. The South Carolina''s Employment Security Commission said the company plans to lay off 210 workers. About 140 workers are full-time employees at the Clemson plant while remaining were temporary workers being affected due to closure. Trimming of staff is expected to being middle next month and will continue through December end
