Spain:New Lectra office to cater Spanish customers |

Alonwith a new and fifth call center, Lectra opened its new Spanish offices in Madrid last week Tuesday, November 2, 2004, on the same site.
Located in a modern 3000 m² building and dedicated entirely to Spanish customers, the call centre is a cornerstone of the company''s service offer and represents another step in the history of Lectra in Spain.
The 16 call centre staff, all experts in Lectra and Investronica Sistemas solutions, will provide online assistance for all Spanish customers. The team provides support for 540 cutters, 1,350 plotters and 3,600 workstations installed throughout Spain. It is committed in responding to customer queries within a timescale of between half an hour and four hours.
Thirteen years after the first call centre was opened in France, they have become the basis of the company’s service offer. With a full range of high added value services and more than 500 experts throughout the world, Lectra is able to support its customers on a daily basis and make their investments secure and profitable.
Ramiro Mariño, Managing Director of the Spanish operation at the inaugural event, said: “I''m proud to open this call centre because it symbolises our commitment to our Spanish customers.
“The Lectra and Investronica Sistemas teams have pooled their experience and expertise to offer them the most advanced technologies and services”, he added.
