On January 20, the First Lady Laura Bush will wear an Oscar de la Renta embroidered coat in cashmere with a matching embroidered trim bouclé dress at the second inaugural of her husband at White House. Among de la Renta''s famed clients was Hillary Clinton. Badgley Mischka, Lela Rose, Derek Lam along with Oscar de la Renta will all design the Bush daughters'' wardrobes for the inauguration, media sources reported.
