India:Great potential for UK-India trade, says BCABA delegation |

“The trade delegation from UK’s Black County Asian Business Association (BCABA) is here in India to establish links with like-minded business support organisations to promote UK/India trade. There is a high proportion of Asian owned businesses in the Black County Region of UK who wish to diversify business lines and are interested in collaboration & technology transfers with their Indian counterparts,” said Mr. Pete Rana, Chairperson, BCABA during a business meeting organized for the trade delegation by the All India Association of Industries (AIAI).
The delegation comprised of members interested in technology transfers, joint ventures and trade relations in the field of IT, Polythene, fashion clothing, solar energy products, metal coating, special purpose machinery, high visibility protective clothing. The delegation expressed that there is a great potential for development of trade between UK and India. The delegation had fruitful interactions with the Indian counterparts.
Mrs. Rupa Naik, Executive Director, All India Association of Industries (AIAI) welcomed the delegation and said that in the era of globalisation, the world has become a global village and business net working has become much easier due to the opening up of the country frontiers for international trade.
Mr. Aditya Rasiwasia, President, Young Entrepreneurs’ Society (YES) proposed the vote of thanks. |
