Major cosmetic maker, Beiersdorf Group''s website www.Beiersdorf.com received the "Honors Award" at the 4th international "iNOVA 2004" communications competition, held in New York in January 2005.
The judges from the "International Academy of Communications Art & Science" – consisting of 30 Internet and multimedia specialists – rated the content, design and structure of more than 260 corporate websites from ten countries.
The criteria rated included how a web site conveys the company''s strategy and message, how it is tailored to the needs of the company''s target group, and how professional the design and preparation of the content and functionality is.
The Beiersdorf Group''s website was rated the best in the "Chemicals" category.
