India:DGAD slaps antidumping duties on NBR imports from EU, Mexico & Brazil |

After preliminary findings, imposition of provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty on imports of acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) from members of the European Union excluding Germany, and Mexico and Brazil has been recommended by The Directorate General of Anti-dumping and Allied Duties.
The imposition of provisional anti-dumping duty on NBR imports has been recommended from subject countries "equal to lesser of margin of dumping and margin of injury." The action was initiated by the DGAD on an application by Apar Industries Ltd.
In case of Brazil''s Petroflex, it would be US $136.47 per MT, for Nitoflex, it would be $215.90 MT while it would be $220.73 for others.
For exporters from EU, it would be $164.57 per MT and $304.37 MT for exporters from Mexico, a recent DGAD notification said.
The Period of Investigation was April 01, 2003 to March 31, 2004. |
