Bruckner to showcase in ITMA Asia 2005

Bruckner Trockentechnik GmbH & Co KG (Germany), specialist for dry textile finishing, will be present at the ITMA Asia 2005, October 17 to 21, in Singapore. It will present on a joint booth together with Erbatech GmbH (Germany), a specialist for wet textile finishing.

Bruckner''s Textile Technologies sector will showcase several of it innovations. One of them is the new POWER-LINE stenter generation with its innovative entry stand concept. The POWER-LINE stenter concept is characterised by a combined fresh air / exhaust air concept with automatic flow control for minimum energy consumption. The integration of the OPTI-STRAIGHT weft-straightener into the entry stand leads to an optimal straightening particularly of elastic knitted fabric.

Bruckner''s OPTI-SHRINK sanforising line will also be present. This fabric finishing solution can optimise compacting effect and hence minimise residual shrinkage, maximise production speed with constant fabric quality, optimise appearance of fabric and maximise operational reliability.

Pad-Dry / thermosol lines include the new COLOR-THERM hotflue dryer and the new infra-red gas dryer INFRA-THERM will also be seen.

Other than the above main innovations, Bruckner will also present the ECO-HEAT-back-pack, an integrated heat recovery system installed directly on the stenter; and a model of the DUO-THERM dryer, which is suitable for all thermal treatment processes requiring a differentiation between upper and lower air temperature.
