Jan.-Feb.2003 Export to and Import from Japan Take the Lead

In terms of import and export areas, the five biggest textile and garment exporters of the Chinese Mainland are Japan, Hong Kong, the United States, South Korea and Russia. For the top 20 of China's textiles and garments, all increased by a large margin from a year ago except Hungary. 

In terms of place of origin where Chinese Mainland imported textiles and garments, the top five were Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Chinese Mainland, and Hong Kong.
