Belgium : Textile Sales Dip 1.3% In H1 2002

Officials from Belgian textile trade union Febeltex on Tuesday said the industry had endured a difficult 2002.Union chiefs said industry sales slipped 1.3 per cent year-on-year in the first eight months of last year following a 4.6 per cent climb for the whole of 2001 and a 4.5 per cent climb in 2000.
