China : Create clothing brands in Liaoning province to compete, say experts
Liaoning province has maintained the status of one of the leading clothing export region of China.
In the last four months, the province earned export value of US $0.633 billion; from which exports to Japan, Korea, Europe and USA recorded $0.297, $0.164, $0.079 and $0.048 billion respectively.
Clothings exported to Europe and America were 20 percent of total exports.
However, the quality of clothing was low and middle grade hence, experts suggest that Liaoning clothing enterprises should create their own brands to compete international ones.
