China : Lixin Dyeing Machine dominates world hosiery market |

Lixin Dyeing Machine (Shenzhen) Co Ltd has been dedicated to develop two types of heat dyeing machines this year for fabrics dyeing, which could reduce production cost by 20 -30 percent, according to recently released news from the company.
The two new heat dyeing machines ECO -6 and ECO – 6 - SUPER were developed independently by Lixin dyeing machine and have been put into production this year.
With the combination of automatic control device, precise instrument and advanced control software, the whole process of fabrics dyeing only takes 291 minutes. It only consumes 38 litre water in total to process one kilogram light colored fabrics.
ECO - 6 could save much electric power, water, dyeing time, dyestuff, chemistry aids and other input in comparison to those traditional machines. It could lower production cost by 20 percent in general.
Lixin Dyeing Machine produces over 2000 machines per year, with more than 4000 clients both at home and abroad. It is learned that about 40 percent of world hosiery are made by Lixin Dyeing Machine. |
