Shanghai, China— Gerber Technology has announced that its customer Solution Centre (CSC) in China has started 400-6201661 as a customer service hotline for cell phone users throughout the country, following 800-8201661 hotline service opened last year. 400- Customer service hotline required the local call charge only, is regarded as another measure of Gerber Technology to offer convenient service to the Chinese market. From now on, besides 800- hotline provides free-call service through stationary phones, 400- hotline assists with cell phone users to enjoy the service out of embarrassment caused by communication technology between the stationary and mobile phones. Customers, through 400- hotline, could be offered after-sale service from GT CSC in Shanghai, including software support, hardware support, complaints and parts order, etc. And its service time is from 8:30 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday.
At present, GERBERservice includes GERBERnetTM, CSC and service contract, etc. And GERBERnetTM is a net service system providing after-sale maintenance and support. Customer may reach it through the website www.gerbertechnology.com. And this platform offers 24*7service support, i.e. parts order service for 24hours/day, 7days/week. It also refers to services like software upgrade, technical information inquiry and old equipment auction, etc. According to the service contract, customers may also have the priority of the concerned telephone support, house call and software upgrade, etc. Gerber takes customers’ benefits into account and introduces various kinds of customized service contract.
