China : Textile & garment exports earn $130 bn by Nov

According to the latest General Administration of Customs data, for the first 11 months of 2006, China's total textile and apparel exports reached about US $130.645 billion, adding about $25.856 billion and representing year on year rise of 24.67 percent.

Among which, textile yarns, fabrics and relating products accounted for $44.361 billion, up 18.2 percent from the same time last year. Exports of clothing and apparel accessories stood at $86.283 billion, an increase of 28.3 percent over the same period last year.

China's textile and apparel exports marked about $12.72 billion in November, of which, exports of textile yarns, fabrics and accessories were $4.214 billion; exports of clothing and apparel accessories reached $8.506 billion.
