China : Textile machine industry to face tough competition in 2007

In 2006, textile machine industry witnessed sharp growth because of rapid expansion of domestic textile industry. But in 2007, growth of domestic textile industry is expected to be slow and textile machine industry will have to face tougher competition.

Textile machines industry is facing internal problems and not external ones. After the introduction new technology in the market, the textile machineries with latest technology will only survive in international market.

Moreover, parts required for the manufacturing of machinery is going to increase and this will affect the profits of the textile machine units.
