China : Committee to promote domestic textile brands

National Development and Reformation Committee is conducting a study to promote domestic brands in textile trade.

The chairman of China Textile Industry Association told that textile units should enter into international market under their own brand.

This committee will study ‘management standards and establishment of Chinese textile and special clothing markets’.

The study will mainly focus on infrastructure, trade, service, market management and other aspects of the textile and garment industry. This will help textile and garment markets to improve standards of the distribution chain.
