China : Cross-Straits Fair for Economy & Trade opens!

The ninth Cross-Straits Fair for Economy and Trade, which opened on May 18, in Fuzhou, Fujian province, Peoples Republic of China, has witnessed many participants from Beijing and Shanghai city, as well as Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu and Zhejiang province. By this, many textile companies hope to expand their hold in Taiwan and Southeast Asia as players from these countries have joined this fair.

Sources from the Youngshen Group in Hangzhou province, which produces top grade fabric, said, they aim to promote their fabric and get cooperation from clothing enterprises of Fuzhou city, Taiwan, and Shishi city, important bases of garment production in China.

In addition to this the Government of Hangzhou city is also encouraging local enterprises to participate the Cross-Straits Fair for Economy and Trade.
