China : Zhejiang Textile Park construction begins!

Recently, Jiangsu Lianshun Textile Dyeing and Finishing Company laid the foundation stone for the construction of Zhejiang Textile Industry Park in Lingang Industrial District. Reportedly, this Park requires a total investment of 3 billion yuan.

Located in District’s Taipei Zone, the Park is expected to cover 2,480 mu and will focus on undertaking traditional textile projects and major projects from Yangtze River Delta region and Zhejiang coastal area.

Zhejiang Lianshun Group’s Textile Dyeing and Finishing Company is the first project to be set up here. Its total investment will be 1 billion yuan with 600 mu of construction area. The plant construction area will be of 260,000 square meters.

After the completion in two years, the plant will have an annual production capacity of 140 million meters of various types of high-grade fabrics and 12 million square meters of dyed fabrics. Its full operation will bring in 2 billion yuan of sales income, and create 3,600 job opportunities.
