China : New policy to encourage overseas textile ventures

In order to support local textile enterprises to change their approach to foreign trade, the government of Hebei Province recently issued a new policy whereby textile enterprises that set up overseas factories will get Government support through funds.

This step was taken by the Government of Hebei Province to encourage local textile and clothing enterprises to set up textile and industrial parks in other countries as well as progress technologically.
