In order to enter the top brackets of the American sewing industry market, Feiyue Group has changed its image of manufacturing low-price sewing machines and has instead begun investing in innovative methods.
Feiyue Group was further boosted to take these steps because of the resounding success of their US branch, which clocked a sale of US $50 million recently.
The company also wants to cash in on the latest trends prevalent in the US market, one of which is sewing fashionable embroidery designs on quilts and bedcovers.
Feiyue gathered information about this from US industry associations which produce these textile home furnishings and overhauled their sewing machines to suit this requirement.
As a result, demand for Feiyue's sewing machines in the US market has gone up. The company also invested 200 million yuan in developing digital-control system and computer-control system.
