China : Largest superfine fiber base in Shenghong

Shenghong Group in Jiangsu, located in Shandong Province, recently built the world's largest production base for superfine fiber. This fibre can increase the product margin by two folds for textile manufacturing enterprises.

The diameter of the superfine fiber is equivalent to that of 250-500th of a strand of human hair. The clothing made from this fiber is soft and has features like good breatheability and comfort.

At present, only a few countries produce more than 10,000 tons of superfine fiber. The annual output of the production base in Jiangsu has reached 60 million tons, ranking first in the world.

The latest superfine fiber production machines in Shenghong Group can quickly separate filaments which are hardly seen by naked eyes. To ensure product quality, Shenghong Group has spent more than 20 million yuan for setting up a special testing center that would guarantee their products' credibility against the world's most stringent standards.
