China : Lanzhou receives CNCRC ISO 9000 Quality Management Certificate

　　On November 9, 2007, Chinese Cotton Reserves Management Corporation (the cotton companies in the reservoir) Lanzhou passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification.

　　In order to reduce management costs and improve the economic and social benefits, the establishment and use of effective quality management system to ensure that the continuing quality improvement, and constantly raise the social satisfaction and their name-recognition, Lanzhou will publicize and implement the ISO 9000 quality management system work as in 2007 of an important task.

　　Objectives: Namely:
　　1) cotton reserves entered, the test of compliance rate was 100%;
　　2) cotton reserves custody, conservation passing rate of 100 percent;
　　3) safety education and training rate of 100 percent;
　　4) the safety inspection rate was 100%;
　　5) security (equipment) accident rate is 0.

　　Focus on quality policy and quality objectives, Lanzhou???the original quality system identification and diagnosis was appointed manager on behalf of the establishment of ISO 9000 implementation, and develop quality management system knowledge training, sorting, and the preparation and release of 12 million characters the quality system documents, created a set in line with the ISO 9000 standard quality management.

　　After three months of trial operation, and internal audit, as well as the perfection and constant improvement, Lanzhou smoothly passed the external audit, and ultimately receive the ISO 9000 Quality Management System Standards Implementation certificate.
