China : Shenghong introduces hyperfine fabric of 0.2dpf

　　Recently, second phase of melt direct spinning hyper-fine fiber project of Shenghong Group has successfully started its operation, taking the group’s output to reach 600,000 tons per year from current 400,000 tons.

　　The hyper-fine fiber is a new kind of chemical fiber, developed in recent years through integrated multidisciplinary technologies.

　　At present, the fineness of the hyper-fine fabric is only 0.35 denier per filament (dpf). But the hyperfine fibre developed by Shenghong Group from Jiangsu Province has reached 0.2dpf.

　　Shenghong Group began to develop this special fibre since 2003 by using the most advanced equipments and technology in the world, finally, successfully developed 0.2dpf of the hyperfine fibre.

　　Jiangsu Province with more than 100,000 looms and over 5,000 textile enterprises has the market transaction volume exceeding 40 billion yuan per year.
