Feiyue to improve bargaining power through innovation

　　The 103rd Chinese Export and Import Commodity Fair was held in Guangzhou from 15th to 20th of April. To all exhibitors, this year's event means more severe pressure.

　　Due to the ongoing Subprime Mortgage Crisis of America, RMB revaluation, price increase of raw material, labour cost and sea freight etc, foreign trade of China is facing big challege.

　　How export enterprises overcome all problems come to the concern of all society. The deputy minister of Ministry of Commerce of China Gao Hucheng, Fu Ziying encouraged exporters to relieve pressure through innovation while inspecting the fair.

　　The exhibition area of Feiyue was located in the center of Pazhou Special Hall for famous brands. It could be seen many visitors were gathering in the booth and all businessmen and businesswomen of Feiyue were quite busy for introducing new products to the customers.

　　Some new products including mechatronics industrial sewing machines, computerized embroidery machines and multi-functional household machines were warmly welcomed by customers.

　　According to Mr. Lin Min, one Feiyue staff, the name of Feiyue had been widely recognized by overseas customers. Some of old customers of Feiyue chose to come to Canton Fair every year with only purpose to see new technology and new products.

　　Although the export price for the whole range of Feiyue product has been increased in a big way, no customers have turned to others, in opposite Feiyue has had a good number of new customers after they increased prices.

　　General Manger of Feiyue Imp And Exp Co, Ms. Mao said in an interview, to simply increase price could not fundamentally resolve cost pressure, only by promoting innovative competence, upgrading product level and brand, could export enterprises expand profit margin, have more rights to decide market price and earnestly raise the bargaining power.
