Yarn Market Morning Express (Nov 24, 2010)

The overall yarn market keep downward trend with dull transactions and suppliers mainly try to sell goods while downstream plants still hold wait-and-see sentiment. Cotton yarn prices are in mix. The offers for combed cotton yarn 40s from big plants remain at 50000yuan/mt while transaction prices are at 45000-46000yuan/mt and the mainstream prices in Foshan are at 44000yuan/mt, pre-tax.

Polyester yarn prices continue to fall down and the prices of polyester yarn 32s for weaving are at 22500yuan/mt and for knitting at 23000yuan/mt. And rayon yarn prices also decline slightly with limited orders.
