Backed by cost and declining supply, recycled bottle flakes producers are cautious to sell at low price and market comes into stalemate.

In Hebei, recycled bottle flakes price continues to move down. Domestic white flakes price declines to
7000-7300yuan/mt (cold water, pre-tax).

High-grade re-PSF
In Zhejiang, sales of high-grade re-PSF are slack and most plants suspend offering or sustain previous offer.

In Hebei, offer for high-grade re-PSF declines to 10000-11000yuan/mt (pre-tax), with lower at 10000yuan/mt.

3-hollow re-PSF
In Cixi, sales of 3-hollow re-PSF are slack and offer temporarily stabilizes at 12000-12500yuan/mt (siliconized, with tax). Finish products' inventory increases to 10-15 days.

Re-PFY
In Zhejiang, dragged down by virgin PFY, sales of re-PFY are slack and its offer continues to move down. Ruling offer for POY150D is down to 12100-12400yuan/mt.
