France : PPR To Buy Three Million Gucci Shares

French retail giant Pinault Printemps Redoute revealed it has agreed to buy three million more shares in Italian fashion house Gucci.

PPR already owns 55.2 per cent of the famous fashion label and said the latest purchase, which will take place between January 28 and April 4, represents 2.9 per cent of Gucci's outstanding shares.
