Cotton yarn prices remain weak and big scale plants keep stable offers but reduce transaction prices. Besides, chemical fiber yarn prices have been declining substantially recently with dull sales and increasing inventory, especially polyester yarn. The prices of polyester staple fiber 1.4D*38mm are lower at 15000yuan/mt while most polyester yarn prices decline to 20000yuan/mt below. The market prices of polyester yarn 32s for knitting in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are at 20000yuan/mt and in Fujian and Guangdong at 18500yuan/mt, pre-tax. In addition, polyester/cotton yarn market also presents weak with dull enquires.
