Fabric Market Morning Express (Dec 3, 2010)

The sales of rayon fabric decrease and prices decline by 1yuan/m. The offers for R60S×60S 90×88 58" dyed fabric (jet) produced in Zhejiang are at 11.9yuan/m and R30S×30S 68×68 58" dyed fabric at 10.50yuan/m. Due to the weak demand, unsmooth sales and dropping feedstock prices, rayon fabric prices are supposed to keep downtrend. Although the market is dropping, some plants are reluctant to reduce offers substantially as they have no inventory pressure.
