The transactions of yarns remain limited, but enquires increase somehow. The overall cotton yarn market continues to be weak and prices are hard to follow cotton up. Big scale textile enterprises still keep stable offers and reduce prices in transactions. The market prices of cotton yarn 40s for knitting are at 37000yuan/mt while medium and small plants offer combed cotton yarn 40s at 42000-44000yuan/mt. Polyester yarn prices tended to be weak and the prices of polyester yarn 32s for knitting are at 18000-18500yuan/mt in Fujian and Guangdong, pre-tax.
