Cotton Linter Pulp Mills Release Dec Quotation after Industry Meeting

Some pulp mills release the quotation for staple-grade cotton pulp at above 20000yuan/mt after the industry meeting. Though no spot goods are available, the contracts will be fulfilled later this month. No downstream plants take offers at that level now.
