Imported Cotton Yarn Prices Firm

This week, imported cotton yarn prices keep firm with limited transactions. The prices of cotton yarn imported from Uzbekistan, Taiwan, Vietnam, India and Pakistan are higher than the same grade cotton yarn prices in domestic market. The offers for Uzbekistan cotton yarn 30s are at 45000yuan/mt, after-tax, Pakistan cotton yarn 32s at 44000yuan/mt, cotton yarn 21s at 33000yuan/mt and India cotton yarn 32s at over 41000yuan/mt.

As ICE cotton still keep upward trend, whether international cotton yarn prices can keep firm will based on the demand and supply.
