United States Of America : Martha Shuts Its Final Store

 After more than 60 years women's fashion retailer Martha Phillips Inc recently closed its last remaining store.

The Florida-based firm said the decision to axe the Palm Beach store, where top designers such as Valentino and Bill Blass regularly held fashion shows, followed two years of poor sales.
