Germany : More Global Fashion in Parallel to cpds

Global Fashion International Production&Sourcing, the German fashion sourcing event running from 3 to 5 August 2003, which takes place in the context of Düsseldorf's cpd woman.man, is looking forward to welcoming a high number of exhibitors on the occasion of the second event.

After a trial run in February, the independent fair will from now on take place on an annual basis, at the same time as the summer cpds More than 450 exhibitors from 17 countries have already registered for the exhibition, an enormous boost as compared to 58 participants in February 2003. Among the exhibitors are numerous companies that have focussed on the US and Japanese markets as well as on working with major European retailers and garment manufacturers. To respond to the surge in demand, as many as 14,000 square metres have already been booked for the
event in one hall, twice as much as in February.

Full importers, commission manufacturers, retailers, import experts and SCM service companies will present their range of products to key customers from industry and trade. Global Fashion's highlight will be a brand manufacturers pavilion where Singapore, the UAE, Pakistan, Hong Kong and India among others will present themselves for the first time to the European market.
