Pakistan : EPB Directorate Announces Availability Of Textile Quota

The Directorate of Textile Quota Management of Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) has announced the availability of textile quota on first-come first-served (FCFS) basis for USA, EU, Canada and Turkey.

According to EPB, the FCFS Box at Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan and Sialkot will be opened on June 25 and will be available till the exhaust of quota.

The available quantities of quota for USA are in the categories: 219, 237, 239, 313/226, 314, 315, 331/631, 334/634, 335/635, 340/640, 341/641, 342/642, 351/651, 352/652, 359/659-C, 613/614, 615, 625, 626, 627, 628, 629, 647.

For EU, available categories are: 1, 2, 2A, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 26, 28 and 39. For Canada the available categories are 2, 3/4A, 5/A, 8/A, 9, 10A, 41A, 41B, 42-A.

For Turkey, available categories include 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 18, 20, 26, 28 and 39. The EPB has advised the interested exporters to apply through their respective associations for issuance of visas or export licenses on post-shipment basis against FCFS quota.
