China-made ACN: 20000-21000yuan/mt, ex-works
Spot ACN: 21100-21300yuan/mt, ex-tanks
China ACN spot market continued to be sluggish. At the port, talked prices were in the range of 21100-21200yuan/mt. Trade was limited. Prices of China-made cargoes were stable. Plants had nice sales whereas spot transactions were moderate.
USD ACN spot offers kept firm. A shipment of offshore cargoes was offered at $2800-2580/mt CIF today. Deep-sea cargoes were offered at $2900/mt or above which clients were unwilling to purchase.
Cotton type ASF 1.5D: 25300-26000yuan/mt
ASF 3D: 25300-25500yuan/mt
Acrylic tow 3D: 25600-26000yuan/mt
Acrylic top 3D: 26400-27000yuan/mt by cash, ex-East China
Acrylic fiber plants had stable sales and operation. Offers stayed flat. Trading sentiment was relatively weak.
In acrylic fiber import market, offers were pushed higher by climbing USD ACN and buyers were mostly looking on. Acrylic flat staple fibers and anti-pilling acrylic had fine sales previously but the market was in wait-and-see sentiment today, transactions were rare.
