In H1 May, CPL market sentiment was firstly good supported by downstream plants’ need to refill inventory. However, it turned weak again as crude oil price fluctuated greatly and more supplies emerged from foreign makers. Nylon 6 chip and textile filament market continued to be dull.
As for plant operations, domestic CPL producers were running normally, while the operating rate of textile chip and textile filament slipped slightly. Product inventory of downstream plants continued to accumulate.
