China Encourage Recycled Clothing

It is reported that the support of recycled textile and clothing would be listed into China Textile Industry Twelfth Five Year Plan. It means the recycled clothing will enter people’s daily life like recycled paper or plastics. As the largest textile and apparel country, or the largest population, China is going to encourage and support the application of recycled clothing.

According to China National Textile & Apparel Council, in the next five years, China will build a system for the recycling and implicating of recycled textile and clothing. By the end of 2015, the total fiber output in China will reached 51.5 million tons. Of which, 15% of them comes from recycled textile.
