The center of government to support Micro enterprises during the 12th Five-Year plan

Zhu Hongren, The Chief engineer of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that, during the 12th Five Year plan, China will make a further effort to build up a good external environment favor to small and medium size enterprises, and based on the new situation and new problems pop out in the economic development, the support focus will gradually tilt to mini and micro enterprises.

In the first half of this year, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) made a large scale research and found that, due to the increase of production cost, heavy taxes, and financing difficulties, plenty of mini and micro enterprises are confronted with survival crisis. Therefore, ACFIC calls for the whole nation to give more support to mini and micro enterprises, the non public sectors of economy, through different channels.

Response to this demand, Zhu Hongren pointed out on the China Private Economy Development (Changbaishan) Seminar, during the 12th Five-Year plan, when the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology make support policies and arrange the financial fund, they should pay more attention to the construction of the public service system, and give more support and better service to mini and micro enterprises. Moreover, the Ministry will also reduce the tax burden of the mini and micro enterprises to benefit more of them.
