Upstream Market: Ended by the close, the futures price of light crude oil delivered by November surged 4.21 dollars to 84.45 dollars; the increasing rate was 5.25%.

PSF: The Polyester Staple Yarn is still dropping in East China today. At present, the leading quotations of PSF 1.4D*38mm regulates down to 13500-13600 Yuan/ton.

PTA: The PTA price continues to decrease in the overseas market. The quotations of Taiwan cargo is around 1240 dollars/ton and the downstream bidding price is around 1220 dollars/ton; while the practical discussions are around 1230 dollars/ton.

PET Bottle Chips: The polyester bottle chips price is weak in the overseas market. The quotations of domestic manufacturers are around 1700 dollars/ton (FOB China Ports). The downstream bidding price is around 1670 dollars/ton; while the practical discussions are around 1680 dollars/ton. The trading atmosphere in the market is weak and the practical trades are rare.

PFY: The polyester yarn price keeps unchanged in Jiangsu market. Now a local manufacturer in Shengze stabilized the quotations and quoted FDY 40D/48F for 17600 Yuan/ton. The polyester yarn price went weak in Zhejiang market. A leading POY manufacturer in Xiao Shan generally decreased the prices by 200 Yuan/ton and now they quoted POY 75D/36F for 14360 Yuan/ton.
