PTA: Today, PTA price increased in overseas market. The quotation of Taiwan cargo is around 1220-1240 dollars/ton. The downstream inquiry is around 1200 dollars/ton and the practical discussions are around 1215-1220 dollars/ton. The Korean goods are quoted around 1210 dollars/ton. The downstream bidding price is around 1180 dollars/ton and the practical discussions are around 1180-1190 dollars/ton.

 

PSF: Today, the quotations of Polyester Staple Fiber are stable in South China; among which, 1.4D*38mm direct spinning PSF is quoted 13200-13300 Yuan/ton with delivery and by cash.

 

PET Bottle Chips: Today, the polyester bottle chips price is stable in overseas market. Domestic manufacturers’ quotations are around 1680-1690 dollars/ton (FOB China Ports). The downstream bidding price is around 1650 dollars/ton and the practical discussions are around 1650-1670 dollars/ton. The trading atmosphere is weak and practical discussions are limited.

 

PFY: The polyester yarn price keeps steady in Jiangsu Market today. Local manufacturers in Shengze stabilized the quotations. Now a local melt spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/48F for 16500 Yuan/ton and DTY 75D/72F light web for 19000 Yuan/ton by cash. The polyester yarn price is consolidating in Zhejiang Market. Now a local POY manufacturer in Xiao Shan increased the quotations by 50-100 Yuan/ton and quoted POY 75D/36F for 13900 Yuan/ton and POY 150D/144F for 13700 Yuan/ton.
