Upstream Market: Ended by the close on October 25, in COMEX, futures price of light crude oil delivered by December increased 1.90 dollars to 93.17 dollars, up 2.1%, made the highest close price since August 2. However, the futures price of North Sea Brent oil delivered by December decreased 53 cents to 110.92 dollars. In this case, the price difference between Brent oil and New York reduced to 17.75 dollars, which is the lowest level since this July.

PTA: PTA price continued to increase 100 Yuan/ton in the domestic market today. Suppliers quoted the goods around 9000-9200 Yuan/ton. The bidding price was around 8900 Yuan/ton and the practical discussions were around 8900-9000 Yuan/ton.

 

PSF: Polyester Staple Fiber market followed the stiff and adjusting tendency; among which, 1.4D*38mm direct spinning PSF is quoted 12400-12500 Yuan/ton by cash and without delivery.

 

PET Bottle Chips: Polyester Bottle Chips price continued to increase in domestic market today. Leading manufacturers gave the quotations around 12200-12300 Yuan/ton by cash and without delivery. The downstream bidding price was around 12000 Yuan/ton and the practical discussions are around 12100-12200 Yuan/ton.
