The China International Sewing Equipment Exhibition (CISMA) 2013, one of the world’s largest sewing machinery expo, is all set to open at the New International Expo Centre in Shanghai from September 25, 2013.
The bi-annual event would have more than 1,200 sewing equipment manufacturing companies from over 21 countries and regions exhibiting their various products.
According to a statement issued by CISMA, more than 600 foreign sewing machinery enterprises have confirmed participation and more than 35,000 visitors are expected this year at the fair.
The four-day fair is being organized with the aim of displaying new machineries and sewing equipments to meet the demands of various markets and customers, as well as provide a platform for enterprises in the sewing machinery industry to promote technological progress and industrial upgrading.
CISMA 2013 would also see participation from representatives of the Japanese Sewing Machinery Industry (JASMA), German Garment and Leather Machinery Association (VDMA), and American Sewing Suppliers Association (SPESA), who would address the audience with various topics regarding innovations in the sewing machinery industry.
Exhibitors at the fair would display a variety of products ranging from design system for sewing machine, cloth shrinking and fusing equipment, cloth spreading and cutting equipment, sewing machine and embroidery equipment, bag closing machine, steam iron and finishing equipment, distribution and logistics, as well as various other equipments, accessories and parts.
