| Of series product type,automatic cloth folding machines used in weaving,dyeing and printing workshops can fold cloth or fabric deliver from cloth brusher or fabric inspecting machine into piece goods at a set length.
Three motors are used to control folding,beam elevating and cloth discharge device respectively.All these actions like sewing-up signal,delayed stopping and automatic beam lifing,blade setting,cloth discharging,beam falling and cloth folding are controlled electrically.Besides,there are two automats,one controls storage box(it operates while cloth exists,otherwise if stops),the other controls cloth delivery(it stops while cloth is on the folding table,otherwise it works).
Principles of automation:Switche control is used to command sewing-up signal and motors,and stroke switchs are equipped for coordinating each action.By adjusting positions of stroke switches,the duration of automatic processes could be controled as production required.
This electronically controlled machinery with ball bearing drive features convenience,stability and reliabillity in operation,low noise,novel apperance and rational construction.
